Steps
- Combine the base ingredients in a mixing bowl: 2 cups of cooked shredded chicken, ½ cup of mayonnaise, and 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard. Mix until well coated.
- Add 1 diced rib of celery and 1 thinly sliced green onion into the bowl. Fold them gently into the chicken mixture.
