Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Once chilled, use a cookie scoop to create 1-inch balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  5. Gently press down in the center of each dough ball with your thumb to form a small well.

  7. Bake for 13-15 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
