Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the softened cream cheese and unsalted butter together until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Gradually add in the cheddar cheese, mixing until incorporated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Once chilled, use a cookie scoop to create 1-inch balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Gently press down in the center of each dough ball with your thumb to form a small well.
- Spoon approximately ½ teaspoon of hot pepper jelly into each indentation.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Garnish if desired.

Notes
Ensure the dough is chilled properly for at least 30 minutes to maintain shape. Avoid overfilling jelly to prevent mess during baking. Use a cookie scoop for uniform sizes.
