Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil and rub it in. Season generously with Cajun seasoning and a pinch of salt.
  2. Heat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Place salmon skin-side up in the skillet and sear for about 3 minutes.
  3. Gently flip salmon to skin-side down and reduce heat slightly. Cook for 2 more minutes until skin crisps and salmon is opaque.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Pour honey butter sauce over salmon, spooning it repeatedly for about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges. Optionally sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
