Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the pan, swirling to coat, then butter one side of the bread.
  3. Spread a generous layer of spinach pesto over the bread in the skillet.
  4. Tear the burrata into chunks and place on top of the spinach pesto.
  5. Butter the outer side of a second slice of bread and place it on top.
  6. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip carefully.
  7. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden and the burrata is melted.
  8. Remove from skillet, let rest for a minute, then slice and serve immediately.
