- Wash blueberries thoroughly under cold water. Set aside half whole for later use and mash the other half into a chunky puree.
- In a medium bowl, place room temperature yogurt and let it sit for about 15 minutes to make blending easier. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add honey or maple syrup to the yogurt according to taste and mix well until fully combined.
- Fill molds two-thirds with yogurt and add spoonfuls of blueberry puree. Swirl gently with a toothpick.
- Freeze for at least 2–3 hours or overnight for the best consistency.
- To serve, remove molds from the freezer, dip briefly in warm water, and gently push out the yogurt bites.
