Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash blueberries thoroughly under cold water. Set aside half whole for later use and mash the other half into a chunky puree.
  2. In a medium bowl, place room temperature yogurt and let it sit for about 15 minutes to make blending easier. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup to the yogurt according to taste and mix well until fully combined.
  4. Fill molds two-thirds with yogurt and add spoonfuls of blueberry puree. Swirl gently with a toothpick.
  5. Freeze for at least 2–3 hours or overnight for the best consistency.
  6. To serve, remove molds from the freezer, dip briefly in warm water, and gently push out the yogurt bites.
