- Preheat your oven to broil at 500°F (260°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil.
- Pat the salmon fillet dry and place it skin-side down on the prepared sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and rub in a mixture of brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
- Broil the salmon for 6-8 minutes, checking for doneness at 6 minutes.
- While the salmon cooks, chop the mango and avocado for the salsa. Mix in lime juice and a pinch of salt.
- Remove the salmon from the oven, flake it gently, and serve over cooked rice topped with mango avocado salsa.
